What types of wholesale tea do you supply?

Our wholesale tea range covers black tea, green tea, white tea, oolong, rooibos, herbal infusions, chai blends, matcha, iced tea blends, wellness teas, adaptogen teas and latte blends. All teas are available loose leaf or in biodegradable tea bags. Many varieties are available in certified organic form under our SCX Organic Certification No. 24041.

What is the minimum order for bulk tea?

There is no minimum order quantity. Most teas are available from 250g loose leaf through to 1kg, 5kg and bulk carton sizes. Bulk tea bags are available in 100-pack quantities. Volume discount tiers apply automatically at checkout — 5% on all orders, 10% at $500, 14% at $1,250, 18% at $2,500 and 22% at $5,000.

Do you offer certified organic wholesale tea?

Yes. A large proportion of our tea range is certified organic under our SCX Organic Certification No. 24041. Certified organic teas are clearly labelled throughout the catalogue. Our full certificate and current certified product schedule can be verified at sxcertified.com.au.

Can I order wholesale tea in biodegradable tea bags?

Yes. Many of our teas are available in bulk biodegradable pyramid tea bags and flat tea bags in 100-pack quantities. We also offer a custom tea bag service — contact sales@herbalconnection.com.au to discuss private label or custom blending requirements.

Do you supply wholesale tea to cafés and hospitality businesses?

Yes. Cafés, restaurants and hospitality businesses are among our core wholesale tea customers. We supply loose leaf tea, bulk tea bags and custom blends suitable for food service. Our team can assist with selecting teas that suit your menu and customer base. Contact us Monday to Thursday 7am–3pm AEST.

Can I get certificates of analysis for wholesale tea orders?

Yes. Certificates of analysis, country of origin documentation and batch traceability records are available on request for all products. Email sales@herbalconnection.com.au with your requirements.

Do you offer custom tea blending and private label?

Yes. The Herbal Connection offers custom tea blending, private label packaging and contract purchasing services.
