Are all herbs on this page certified organic?
Every product in our Organic Herbs collection is certified organic under our SCX Organic Certification No. 24041. Our full certificate and current certified product schedule can be verified at sxcertified.com.au. Documentation including our certificate and product schedule is available on request for your own certification applications.
What organic herb formats are available?
Our certified organic herbs are available in cut, sifted, whole and powdered formats depending on the variety. Most products are available from 250g through to 500g, 1kg and 5kg bulk sizes. For larger quantities contact sales@herbalconnection.com.au for a bulk pricing quote.
What is the minimum order for wholesale organic herbs?
There is no minimum order quantity. Volume discount tiers apply automatically at checkout once your wholesale account is approved — 5% on all orders, 10% at $500, 14% at $1,250, 18% at $2,500 and 22% at $5,000.
Can I use your certified organic herbs in my own finished products?
In many cases yes — this depends on your own certification status and the organic claims you intend to make on your finished product. We can supply our SCX certificate, product schedule and batch documentation to support your certification application. Email sales@herbalconnection.com.au for documentation.
Do you supply organic herbs to naturopathic dispensaries?
Yes. Naturopaths and herbalists are among our core customer groups. We supply dispensary-grade certified organic herbs with full traceability documentation including organic certificates, allergen declarations and certificates of analysis available on request.
Are your organic herbs suitable for food manufacturing?
Yes. Our HACCP-certified facility and 5-Star Eat Safe rating make us a suitable certified organic ingredient supplier for food manufacturers. We can provide specifications, allergen declarations and batch documentation suitable for FSANZ-compliant labelling and certified organic finished goods applications.
Can I get certificates of analysis for organic herb orders?
Yes. Certificates of analysis, country of origin documentation and batch traceability records are available on request for all products. Email sales@herbalconnection.com.au with your product requirements.
How do I set up a wholesale account for organic herbs?
Register via our Wholesale Account page. Once approved, wholesale pricing and volume discount tiers are applied automatically at checkout. No minimum order is required to get started.
