Minimally processed, full-fat cacao from single-origin Peruvian farms. Rich, dark, and complex — the benchmark for drinking cacao preparations, raw confectionery, and premium chocolate formulations.

Naturally sweet with caramel and molasses notes — one of the most requested ingredients we've been unable to supply. Mesquite has been scarce across the Australian wholesale market. GI of approximately 25. High in fibre and plant minerals.

Packed in our Australian facility
Products are received, inspected, and packed in our 5-Star Eat Safe licensed warehouse in Coomera, QLD, under HACCP-based food safety controls with full lot traceability.

Several products — particularly Mesquite and Camu Camu — are wild-harvested, single-crop-per-year ingredients. We recommend building buffer stock for ingredients core to your formulations. We can advise on availability windows.

Organic Mesquite is wild-harvested in Peru with a single annual harvest cycle. Certified organic yield is naturally limited and global demand has consistently outpaced wholesale supply. We've seen major Australian retailers listing it as temporarily out of stock in recent seasons.
We've been able to secure new season stock through our direct Peruvian supplier network. Stock is limited — we recommend ordering early if this is an ingredient relevant to your formulations.
