Is this pure Vanilla Powder?

Yes. Our A Grade Vanilla Powder is made from 100% whole organic vanilla beans that have been dried and ground. It contains no sugar, no maltodextrin, and no fillers. It is pure plant matter.

No, because it is ground fibre (the pod itself), it does not dissolve in liquid like sugar or salt. It will leave tiny black specks in your drink or batter. This is widely considered a mark of quality in custards and ice creams.
