White appearance on the ends of my pods?

This is called givre and it occurs when the vanillin reaches the surface of the beans.  We recommend keeping the product refrigerated as per the label, as it is less likely to display this when kept away from heat and air.  This is a high moisture product and exposure to heat and moisture could result in mould growth.

White substance on my Vanilla Beans?

You can simply wipe the givre off the pods when it appears.  It is perfectly natural, however some people see this and don't like the appearance.
