Directions of Use
This is a potent, heat-stable form of vanilla.
1. Baking: Use 1/2 teaspoon of powder to replace 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Perfect for high-heat baking (cookies, cakes) as the flavour doesn't evaporate.
