Directions of Use
Matcha Latte
1. Combine 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder with a small amount of hot water to make a paste.
2. Heat milk (dairy or non-dairy) and add it to the matcha paste.
3. Sweeten with honey, agave, or your preferred sweetener if desired.
Matcha Tea
1. In a bowl, sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder to remove any clumps.
2. Add hot water (not boiling, around 80°C) to the bowl.
3. Whisk vigorously until the matcha is frothy.
