Directions of Use

This is a caffeine-free loose leaf blend, so it's gentle enough to enjoy any time of day and can be steeped generously without bitterness.

1. Everyday Cup: Add 1–2 teaspoons of blend per cup to a strainer or infuser. Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 5–7 minutes.

2. Stronger Brew: For a deeper, sweeter cup, steep for up to 10 minutes or add an extra half teaspoon per serve.

3. Iced Tea: Brew double-strength using the Stronger Brew method, allow to cool, then pour over ice. Delicious with a fresh orange slice.

4. Second Steep: The leaves can be steeped a second time for a lighter cup — great for getting the most out of your blend.
