Epilobium Herb (Epilobium angustifolium) — commonly known as Willow Herb or Fireweed — cut and sieved dried aerial herb, sourced from European growing regions. Epilobium angustifolium is a tall, flowering perennial herb widespread across temperate regions of Europe, Asia, and North America. It is recognisable by its tall spikes of vivid pink flowers and its narrow, willow-like leaves — the source of its common name Willow Herb. The plant grows abundantly in disturbed soils and cleared woodland areas, where it is often the first coloniser after fire events, giving rise to the North American common name Fireweed.

The dried herb has a mild, gently grassy and slightly earthy flavour with a subtle floral note — it is not strongly aromatic but integrates cleanly into botanical tea blends.
