Directions of Use
This is the whole dried leaf, not an extract, so use it sparingly and adjust to taste.
1. Hot tea: Add 1-2 leaves to a cup of tea or hot water and steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the leaves.
2. Iced tea: For about 4 cups of iced tea, steep 5-6 leaves with your tea for 5-7 minutes, remove the leaves, allow to cool and serve over ice.
3. Cooking and drinks: Infuse the leaves in warm liquids used in cooking, smoothies or sauces, then strain or remove the leaves before serving.
4. Adjusting sweetness: Start with less than you think you need and add more to taste.
5. Storage: Keep in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
