Directions of Use
1. Start by boiling 250ml of fresh water.
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the Mothers Milk Tea blend to a tea infuser or teapot.
3. Pour the boiling water over the tea and steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on desired strength.
4. Once steeped, remove the tea leaves and pour into a cup.
5. Enjoy the tea warm, adding honey or a slice of lemon if desired.
