Goji Berry Powder Extract 10:1 — Lycium barbarum, China
Goji Berry Powder Extract 10:1 (Lycium barbarum) — a highly concentrated extract produced at a 10:1 ratio from the juice of dried goji berries, spray-dried to a powder. Ten parts raw goji berry were used to produce one part of this finished extract. Goji berries (Lycium barbarum), also known as wolfberries, are the small bright red-orange berries of a shrub native to northwestern China. The Ningxia and Xinjiang regions are considered the premier commercial growing areas. Goji berries have been used in Chinese culinary tradition for centuries — added to soups, stews, teas, and congee.
The 10:1 extract produces a highly concentrated powder with an intensely sweet, tangy, and slightly earthy flavour profile — approximately 10 times more concentrated per unit weight than raw goji berry powder. Applications include capsule and tablet manufacturing, functional beverage powders, smoothie blends, and private label supplement product development. This product is sold as a food ingredient only. Whole dried goji berries are also available separately.
