We want to inform our valued customers that The Herbal Connection's warehouse facility will undergo emergency plumbing works from the 03/12/24 - 06/01/2025. While these works are beyond our control, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they may cause. We will be able to ship orders without issue until the 3rd of December. However, during the works, we will have limited access to our building and stock. We will stop shipping orders after the 13th of December. If you are placing urgent or large orders during this period, we kindly ask you to call or email us beforehand to ensure we can fulfill them.
Additionally, as the Christmas season approaches, the postal system is likely to experience delays due to high demand. To avoid disruptions, we recommend placing your orders before December. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy time and thank you for your continued support.
