A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the quality document for a specific batch. It confirms the product was tested and met its specification before it was released for sale.
The batch number is printed on the label of every bag.
Check the batch number against your label, including any letters at the start. If it still isn't found, email sales@herbalconnection.com.au with your product code and batch number. Please allow 3 days for our team to respond.
