Directions of Use

2. Add 1-2 teaspoons to a muslin bag with other spices for mulling wine or cider.
3. Stud a baked ham or an orange with whole cloves for a classic aromatic infusion.
4. Incorporate into pickling liquids, marinades, or chai tea blends.
5. Cloves are potent; use sparingly and remove them with a strainer before serving your dish.
