PLEASE STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN REFRIGERATION TO AVOID MOISTURE AND MOULD GROWTH.  THIS IS A HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT PRODUCT.  THIS ITEM IS NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

White appearance on the ends of my Pods.

The product is called givre and it occurs when the vanillan reaches the surface of the beans.  I would recommend keeping the product in refrigeration as per label as the product is less likely to display this if it is kept away from the heat and air.  This is a high moisture product and exposure to heat and moisture could result in mould growth.  The mould that grows on vanilla is harmless and can simply be wiped off and used, it is unlike mould that grows on cheese and bread.

You can simply wipe the givre  off the pods when it appears.  It is harmless and perfectly natural however some people see this and don't like the appearance.
