The following privacy policy applies to all The Herbal Connection users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. Collection of Information
In order to use The Herbal Connection website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by The Herbal Connection is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from The Herbal Connection customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Images online
The Herbal Connection does it's best to match product images as closely as possible to actual products however at times images may not match product exactly. If the size and colour of your products is important to you please feel free to contact our office and ask for product specific sample images to be emailed or send via txt message.

The Herbal Connection Security Policy
The Herbal Connection uses the Pin Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Pin Payments process online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Pin Payments gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by The Herbal Connection or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Pin Payments bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.Pin Payments at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by The Herbal Connection.

Delivery Policy
Free Shipping option doesn't include express post, only regular postage is covered. After ordering and paying online, you will receive an email confirmation from our system containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or Courier within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at sales@herbalconnection.com.au
The Herbal Connection reserves the right to additional charges for freight if the cost to ship the order is considerably higher than the price charged to clients via the website. Customers will be given the option of a full refund or the option to pay the increased price of delivery.
The Herbal Connection offers a Same Day pick up service. Whilst this service attracts no freight charges it does attract a Handling Fee. This handling fee covers the cost of The Herbal Connection processing the order ahead of schedule. Should the order not be picked up same day The Herbal Connection will charge a handling fee of $19.00 plus freight charges to ship.
The Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 covers inspection, custody, storage, repair and other treatment of goods. Under this Act, uncollected goods may be sold six months after the date on which they were ready for collection.
Uncollected orders may be charged a storage fee of $50 per month until collected.

Overseas Clients - Delivery
We can ship products to international addresses however we are not an exporter of goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all duties and fees incurred at destination imposed by quarantine or bio security. We do not offer transaction certificates or exporter documents. Each country has its own rules and regulations with regards to importing our products and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand this. We take all care to remove foreign bodies and any other known contaminants from our products however we cannot guarantee that products are free of all known contaminants that pertain to certain countries regulations for import. If goods are to be treated, destroyed or returned due to foreign bodies or contamination due to country regulations this is done at the expense of the purchaser. If goods are returned we will issue a credit for goods returned when they arrive into our warehouse.

Payment
1.0 The Customer agrees to pay all amounts due in clear funds within the agreed timeframe but no later than 30 days from the date of invoice.
The Customer agrees that if it fails to pay in accordance with this clause, the Company may:

  • Charge a late payment fee of $50.00 on all amounts paid after the due date;
  • Charge interest on debts at 15% per annum from time to time;
  • Charge a dishonour handling fee in the amount of $25.00;
  • Recover all collection and legal costs and expenses incurred in collecting overdue accounts on an indemnity basis;
  • Withhold supply;
  • Sue for the money owing on the Goods or services provided.

Failure to comply with clause 1.0 will constitute a breach of contract and the Company may treat the whole Agreement as repudiated and act accordingly.
In the event this agreement has been entered into by more than one party each party shall be jointly and severely liable for any amount due.

Refund & Returns Policy
The Herbal Connections takes all necessary precautions when processing and picking stock we have strict quality control measures in place to help with removal of foreign bodies in our products. We are not able to guarantee that we are able to remove all. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to exercise quality control also.
We do not take responsibility for products once blended or mixed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a Full refund within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at sales@herbalconnection.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, opened or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Herbal Connection will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
